This session will use a recent CGCC business process analysis project as a case study to answer the question "How can we keep doing more with less?" It will include an overview of the project, a discussion about bringing external stakeholders into the decision-making process, an interactive demonstration of a process improvement session, and discussion and results from the improvement of two challenging processes: New employee setup (onboarding), and classroom software request management.
